SHOW ME SHORTS: Better Work Stories

Show Me Shorts is Aotearoa New Zealand’s leading international short film festival. Show Me Shorts is a competitive Academy Awards-accredited festival that screens in cinemas nationwide each Spring.

Find a job you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life. So they say. It’s easier said than done, though! The people in these short films have interesting workplaces, or they liven things up by doing unusual things on the job: a recalcitrant cam-girl, two brothers who run a paintball shooting range, a chef who cooks last meals for inmates on death row, and a family of drug dealers. Throw in a little office romance, a derailed audition, and a court case for a dramatic ride. Sounds like an exciting day at the office!
