Three women – a duped mail-order bride, a numbed anaesthetist determined to have a romantic weekend, and an empty nester on an unexpected mission of mercy – each navigates her way through an unfamiliar landscape and the contours of the human heart.
Staring Elizabeth Hawthorne, Robbie Magasiva, Robyn Malcolm, Rachel House and Jemaine Clement, who are joined by incredible international talent Victoria Haralabidou. The film won “Best First Film’ at the prestigious Tallinn Film Festival and is written and directed by Loren Taylor, who co-wrote and starred in Taika Waititi’s Eagle Versus Shark and whose other acting credits include Baby Done and Jane Campion’s Top Of The Lake.
