A 19-year-old Anthony Bourdain (Dominic Sessa, The Holdovers) travels to Provincetown and stumbles into the chaotic world of a restaurant kitchen, setting off a summer that will shape the course of his life. The film is a biographical comedy-drama film co-written and directed by Matt Johnson. The plot is based on Anthony Bourdain’s early years working in Provincetown, Massachusetts, stories from which were featured in his 2000 memoir Kitchen Confidential.
